"You don’t have to earn rest or healing. You’re already worthy of both"
We know Latinx mental health is shaped by more than stress. Things like language, family loyalty, shame and gender roles al impact how we carry and express pain. You don’t have to translate your story here-we get it.
Marelin works with Latinx clients who are navigating parenting challenges, family conflict, relationship stress, and big life changes. Her approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, narrative work, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. She helps clients explore their stories with compassion, build emotional awareness, and make changes that feel true to their values and culture.
You don’t have to wait until things fall apart to get support. Whether you’re working through family stress or learning to put yourself first, Marelin is here to help. She offers virtual therapy for clients anywhere in Illinois.
