Food Stamps Paused? Our Care Doesn’t Stop

If SNAP or food benefits are paused or delayed, you’re not alone. Many families across Chicago depend on these programs to stay nourished and supported. While the government works through funding challenges, our community continues to step up because care doesn’t stop when benefits do.

Below you’ll find trusted local resources providing free groceries, food pantries, and community support for anyone affected by SNAP or WIC interruptions. Share this with anyone who might need it. We are stronger when we look out for one another.

Pilsen Food Pantry

Offers free groceries, hygiene products, and access to Mobile Migrant Health services (@mmhtchicago).

New Life Community Church Food Pantry

Multiple Chicago locations offering fresh produce and pantry staples.

Friendship Center Chicago

Provides free groceries, pet food, and prepared meals.

💳 SNAP and EBT Grocery Relief

Gopuff SNAP Relief Program

If SNAP benefits pause, Gopuff is offering $50 in free groceries per EBT customer in November (up to $10 million in total aid).
Add your EBT card in the app to qualify.
